About

Steady, grounded, and rooted in compassion.

A space where you can slow down.

My approach to therapy is steady and grounded. I don’t rush. I don’t push. I create a space where you can slow down enough to actually hear what’s happening inside you, maybe for the first time in a long time.

I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed CBT, and Polyvagal Theory to help your nervous system process what it’s been holding onto. But underneath all the techniques is something simpler: a real human connection where you feel safe enough to be honest.

Your strength is already there.

I know what it’s like to sit across from someone and wonder if they really understand. I take that seriously. My job isn’t to fix you. It’s to walk alongside you while you find your own strength.

If you’re ready to start, or even if you’re just curious, I’d love to hear from you.

Build a more stable, balanced life.

Imagine waking up without dread. Imagine going through your day and actually being present for it – not just performing your way through it while your mind runs worst-case scenarios in the background.

Imagine being able to think about the past without your whole body clenching. Imagine setting a boundary without guilt. Imagine trusting yourself again.

This isn't wishful thinking. This is what happens when you give your nervous system what it needs to heal: safety, patience, and a guide who knows the way.

The ancient oaks survive storms not because they're rigid but because they're deeply rooted. Therapy helps you build those roots.
