I’m based in Loganville, GA, and provide all my therapy services online.

Online therapy, also called telehealth counseling, lets you meet with your therapist via a secure video platform from the comfort of your home. Instead of traveling to an office, you log in using your phone, tablet, or computer at the time of your appointment.

The sessions are private, confidential, and designed to feel very similar to traditional in-person therapy.

Sessions typically last about 45–60 minutes and may include conversation, learning coping strategies, exploring patterns in thoughts or behaviors, and developing practical tools to help you manage stress, emotions, and challenges more effectively.

The next step is calling (404) 740-4910 to schedule a consultation or intake appointment. From there, we’ll work together to create a plan that supports your goals.

A free consultation is a brief conversation where we can get to know each other and see if therapy feels like a good fit. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and I’ll answer any questions you may have about the process.

There’s no pressure – just an opportunity to explore whether working together feels right for you.

Before your first session, you’ll complete a few intake forms and provide basic information about what you’re hoping to work on in counseling. Once that’s done, you’ll receive a secure link for your appointment.

At the scheduled time, click the link and join the session, where we’ll talk through what’s going on in your life and begin identifying therapy goals.

Build a more stable, balanced life.

Imagine waking up without dread. Imagine going through your day and actually being present for it – not just performing your way through it while your mind runs worst-case scenarios in the background.

Imagine being able to think about the past without your whole body clenching. Imagine setting a boundary without guilt. Imagine trusting yourself again.

This isn't wishful thinking. This is what happens when you give your nervous system what it needs to heal: safety, patience, and a guide who knows the way.

The ancient oaks survive storms not because they're rigid but because they're deeply rooted. Therapy helps you build those roots.
